Practice for the Week
As thoughts rise this week—especially reactive or self-critical ones—gently notice them and say:
“It is having a thought.”
Not I am thinking.
Not This is me.
Just: “It is having a thought.”
Watch how that soft naming creates space.
You are not the thought. You are the awareness that sees the thought.
Come back to this again and again.
Let it bring you home.
