This Week; Inside The Happiness Practice Club
The Happiness Practice Club Weekly Newsletter
Where wisdom isn’t just learned – it’s lived..
Each week, we gather not just to learn—but to live differently.
This is a space for choosing growth over autopilot, joy over struggle, and love as our baseline—not our reward.
We’re not here to chase happiness or fix ourselves.
We’re here to remember what’s already whole… and practice returning to it, again and again.
This week, keep walking toward the light within.
Tiny shifts create true change. And your commitment to show up—heart open, soul ready—is where the alchemy begins.
No Meditation Class This Week - A Gentle Pause
Since our weekly class falls on the eve of Independence Day, we’ll take a pause this Thursday, July 3rd. Instead, I invite you to gift yourself a few quiet moments—to breathe, reflect, and remember the freedom that lives within. May your heart rest, your spirit rise, and your soul feel deeply at home.
The Living Book Club
Most book clubs finish a book and place it back on the shelf. We do it differently.
In The Living Book Club, we take it slow—absorbing, integrating, and living the wisdom one insight at a time. Because we’re not here to collect books. We’re here to become them.

Happiness Alchemy: 5 minutes (or so) of Daily Inspiration, Delivered with Love
Begin your day with presence, peace, and a powerful spark of truth.
Still Letting Go….And Still Rising
Tune in. Breathe deep. Let go.
We’re continuing the journey in Happiness Alchemy —because letting go isn’t a one-time practice… it’s a way of life.
In every spiritual tradition, from East to West, there’s a common thread: freedom comes not from controlling life, but from releasing our grip on it. Letting go isn’t giving up. It’s giving over.
Letting go doesn’t mean weakness. It means wisdom.
And yes—sometimes it might feel like we’re repeating ourselves.
But there’s magic in that.
Because every time we pause, feel, and release… something inside us shifts.
So if it feels slow, that’s okay.
If you’re revisiting the same emotions, that’s okay too.
It means you’re doing it.
This week, keep practicing.
Keep noticing.
Keep letting go.

The Open Palm Practice
Once a day, pause. Turn your palms face up. Let them rest in your lap or at your sides—soft, open, willing. Breathe.
Gently ask:
“What am I holding onto right now… that I can let go of with love, to return to love?”
Notice the feeling—not the story.
Let the narrative float by. Stay with the sensation in your body.
Breathe into it… and allow it to soften, to shift, to release.
Whisper to yourself:
“I don’t need to carry this. I’m letting go now.”
This moment is your reset.
And your open hands are your quiet return to freedom.
Whisper for the Week:
Letting go isn’t losing—it’s coming home.
This week, may you release what weighs heavy and return to what feels true.
