Day 5 Happiness Experiments
✅ 1. Reflect on Your Growth – Ask yourself: What’s one small way I’ve shifted this week? What felt different? Write it down.
✅ 2. Return to Love Moment – Pause at any point today and ask yourself: “What would love do right now?” It could be about a situation, a person, or even how you’re treating yourself. Notice how it feels to choose love in that moment.
✅ 3. Happiness Memory Snapshot Test – Think back to one of your happiest moments. Close your eyes and relive it as vividly as you can. What did it feel like? What made it so joyful?
✅ 4. The Happiness Reset – Notice a negative thought or feeling today and gently ask yourself: “How can I return to happiness in this moment?” It could be through a deep breath, gratitude, or just shifting your focus. Notice how quickly your energy changes.
✅ 5. Listen to a Meditation from Our YouTube Channel – Choose any meditation from My Meditation Space and spend time immersing yourself in stillness. (Counts as an experiment!) CLICK HERE TO GO TO YOUTUBE
