✅ 1. Take a 5-Minute Stillness Break – Step away from your day and sit in silence for 5 minutes. Notice the peace that already exists.
✅ 2. The Letting Go Experiment – Write down one small thing that’s been bothering you. Take a deep breath and decide to release it, even if just for today.
✅ 3. Turn Worry into Trust – If a worrying thought comes up today, replace it with: "What if everything is working out perfectly?" and breathe into it.
✅ 4. The Deep Breath Reset – Every time you notice yourself feeling tense or rushed today, pause and take a deep breath.
