Day 3: Let’s Spark More Joy Today
Day 3 Happiness Experiments:
✅ 1. The Play Experiment – Do something just for fun today! (Dance, sing, doodle, play a game, do a silly walk—anything that makes you laugh or feel lighthearted!)
✅ 2. The Joy Hunt – Set a timer for 5 minutes and look around you for tiny moments of joy. A warm drink? The sky? A cozy chair? Find and savor them!
✅ 3. The Body Gratitude Practice – Instead of focusing on what your body isn’t, thank it for what it allows you to do. (Example: "Thank you, legs, for carrying me today.")
✅ 4. Share Joy with Someone Else – Send a funny meme, joke, or uplifting message to a friend or loved one! Make someone smile. 😊
✅ 5. Listen to a Meditation from Our YouTube Channel 🎧 – Choose any meditation from My Meditation Space and spend time immersing yourself in stillness. (Counts as an experiment!) CLICK HERE TO GO TO YOUTUBE
