✅ 1. Start with Gratitude – Before getting out of bed, think of 3 things you’re grateful for. Feel them deeply.
✅ 2. A Random Act of Kindness – Do something unexpectedly kind for someone today—big or small. (Example: leave a positive note, send a kind text, or buy a coffee for a stranger.)
✅ 3. Shift from Judgment to Curiosity – Notice a judgmental thought today (about yourself or others). Can you shift it to curiosity and compassion instead?
✅ 4. The Smile Experiment – Smile at 5 people today (even if only through text or phone calls). Notice how it changes the energy.
